Terms of Service — Jasper Grace Studio

Welcome to Jasper Grace Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and Personalisation

Our items are handmade to order and personalised using the details you provide at checkout, including names and colour choices. Please double-check spelling and selections before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, email jaspergracestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to update your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing and Shipping

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. Delivery time is additional and depends on the delivery service and your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

If you need your item by a specific date, contact us before ordering. A requested delivery date is not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and Refunds

Once production has started, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, spelling or name-entry errors supplied by you, or changes to your colour preference.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or your order. Please see our Refund Policy for details about contacting us and available remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

Designs, images, and content on this site that are owned by Jasper Grace Studio may not be copied or reproduced without our permission, except as permitted by law. Any third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Consumer Guarantees and Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability or customer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes will not retrospectively change an existing order unless agreed with you or required by law.
