Shipping Policy — Jasper Grace Studio

Every item is handmade to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks for us to craft your piece before it ships. During busy periods (like the lead-up to holidays), production may take a little longer, we'll let you know if that's the case.

Once your order is ready, we ship via Australia Post with tracking, so you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch via chat before ordering so we can confirm we can meet your timeline. We're always happy to help plan around a birthday or event.
